Professional member of the pre-hospital staff who works as authorized and directed by paramedic and/or physician. Performs basic life support treatment and transport to sick or injured patients in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and statutes as well as TCAD by-laws, guidelines, and protocols as provided.
