MISSION
The mission of the San Benito County Polytechnic Academy is to cultivate a collaborative learning community that successfully prepares young people to earn their high school diploma and achieve academic excellence while simultaneously enrolling in post-secondary coursework and earning workforce certifications. POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Math Teacher to join our SBCPA team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and pedagogy, with a passion for inspiring students to excel in mathematics. Responsibilities include designing and delivering a comprehensive math curriculum aligned with state standards, facilitating hands-on learning experiences, and providing differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. The Math Teacher will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement interventions as needed to support student success. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and promote interdisciplinary connections is essential. The successful candidate will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that fosters confidence, curiosity, and a growth mindset in mathematics.
