What You'll Do

• Coordinates scheduling of all therapy staff.
• Coordinates patient scheduling with nursing staff to ensure timely care delivery.
• Ensures the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
• Demonstrates support for and leadership in achieving the mission of AdvantageCare Rehabilitation.
• Manages the performance of therapy department personnel.
• Ensures therapists are current with all mandatory and/or required in-services.
• Tracks and ensures all rehab staff are current with PPDs (tuberculosis testing).
• Tracks physician orders and signatures for therapy services.
• Tracks annual screens and notifies therapists for necessary screenings.
• Reviews QIR (Quality Indicator Report) monthly for changes and reports to Director of Rehab.
• Completes technical audits of charts to ensure all documentation is present and accurate.
• Facilitates proctoring for telehealth visits and ensures smooth telehealth operations.

About You

• You are a Certified Athletic Trainer
• You bring knowledge of a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• You have experience in business or have an educational background in Business Administration.
