Title : Invoicing/ SAP Support Specialist
Location: 176 S Hoover Ave, New Holland, PA 17557
Hours: 40-50/week
Duration: 6 months
Description of Position:
- Working in an office environment, supporting a prototype shop with SAP related duties including but not limited to the following categories.
- SAP knowledge
- Invoicing / receiving transactions within SAP.
- Proficient in Excel and outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (contacting suppliers, dealing with issues, requesting updates)
- Excellent organization skills and follow up.
- Willingness to learn (many internal client applications)
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Invoicing: 3 years (Required)
- Billing: 3 years (Required)
- SAP: 3 years (Required)
- Invoices processing: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
