Position Overview
- The Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for conceiving and designing custom automation equipment using SolidWorks software.

Responsibilities Of The Machine Design Engineer
- Create, design, and layout special machines utilizing engineering principles, knowledge, and related experience.
- Conceptualize machine designs and select materials.
- Create models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks software.
- Size mechanical equipment such as pumps, gears, pulleys, sheet metal, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and piping.
- Provide machine assembly and troubleshooting support.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but may not be required with the right experience.
- Prior experience as a Machine Designer, preferably in material handling, assembly, or automation.
- SolidWorks software experience, but Inventor, CREO, Pro-E, AutoCAD, or any 3D software experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servos is a plus.
- Technical ability, team-oriented, and attention to detail.
- Project Engineering experience is a plus.
- Structural experience is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card.
- Medical, dental, and life insurance, 401k match, paid time off, bonuses, and flexible schedule.
- Pay ranges between $80,000 - $110,000.
