East Holland Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA accredited hospital in the beautiful beach town of Holland MI, and we are looking for a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team.
EHVC is a family-owned establishment, and we consider our team members to be an extension of our family. We are looking for a CSR who is detail-orientated, has good customer service skills, is a quick learner, and is self-motivated.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities : Make a good first impression on clients, smile, and be professional. Set a positive tone for the visit.
In 2017, we proudly became an AAHA-accredited veterinary practice. We are primarily a small animal practice but we also see reptiles and small mammals.
