We are looking for dependable individuals to fill our account coordinator position.
Successful candidates will enjoy working in a team environment with opportunities for professional growth with a rapidly growing company.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining quality relationships with providers that promote consistent service delivery
Service Verification - Data Entry
Make outbound calls to our service providers to verify completion of work
Enter information into the system
General office duties
Experience and Skill:
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communications skills
Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns, multitask and work with an attention to detail
Ability to perform duties with urgency and deliver quality, accurate and thorough work
Willingness to adapt and accept additional work assignments as needed
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
High School Diploma or GED required
