Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide support and assistance to individuals in need during weekday evenings and weekends.

As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various caregiving situations.

Responsibilities : Personal Care :

Personal Care :

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfer support as needed.
• Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.

Companionship :

• Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to provide emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or recreational activities.

Meal Preparation :

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with feeding if required.

Household Support :

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Monitoring and Reporting :

• Regularly assess and observe the client's health and well-being.
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the designated supervisor or healthcare professional.

Communication :

• Maintain open and effective communication with family members, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Keep detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's status.

Flexibility :

• Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate the varying needs of clients on weekdays during evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to cover occasional extra shifts or adapt to changes in the caregiving plan.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with common caregiving practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely.
