ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise all facets of drywall and carpentry projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations to ascertain project needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiation and agreement facilitation.
- Monitor project advancement and promptly address any issues or delays to mitigate disruptions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain precise project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management, focusing on drywall and carpentry projects.
- Thorough understanding of construction principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
