InfraHire is looking for an Project Manager in Holbrokk, NY.Job DescriptionThe preferred candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, particularly in drywall and carpentry, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational abilities. Their role will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered punctually, within budget constraints, and meeting the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise all facets of drywall and carpentry projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections and evaluations to ascertain project needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiation and agreement facilitation.
  • Monitor project advancement and promptly address any issues or delays to mitigate disruptions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain precise project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management, focusing on drywall and carpentry projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
