Throughout the year the job involves assisting the Financial Advisors with preparing paperwork, processing money movement transactions, maintaining electronic and physical client files.

During tax season the job will include receiving and preparing client tax documents as well as assisting the clients in picking up their tax returns and paying their bill.

Both roles will include receiving client phone calls as well as greeting them upon entry as well as making appointments for clients to have virtual or in person tax preparation appointments or financial planning appointments.

Experience not required but some investment knowledge preferred.

Systems used include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Redtail, Drake, Wealthscape and eMoney.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
