```Responsibilities```
- Dispense methadone as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
- Provide patient education on self-care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and timely
```Qualifications```
- Valid nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Experience in a similar role as a nurse ( Preferably addiction treatment experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
