Melodic Movements Performing Arts Program Inc. is Hiring an Enrollment Coordinator Near Hockessin, DE
Key Responsibilities:
A high-energy candidate, a friendly people-person that is not afraid of talking on the phone and meeting new people. The enrollment coordinator will work with the studio owner to ensure that current and new students alike are feeling welcomed as well as aware of all we have to offer.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Have direct interaction with current and potential students and their families
- Continuously update and improve the studio welcome and on boarding packets
- Engage in daily administrative and customer service tasks (i.e., answering phones, emails, text messages etc.)
- Support the studio owner and other administrative staff in large projects and tasks
- Candidates will have:
- A strong understanding of dance or arts-related education programing
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently and with limited supervision
- Be available evenings and Saturday mornings
- Have reliable transportation
- Candidate should have a firm understanding of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets
Key Priorities
1. Fulfill student enrollment goals each season and year
2. Support new students and families through enrollment and onboarding process
3. Continue to train, evaluate and update the studio's enrollment and onboarding systems
4. Meet and exceed enrollment goals set by studio owner on a quarterly basis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
