Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

Subject to approval by EMEA Payroll Manager, responsible for preparation and execution of routine payroll processing for employees' payroll, payroll taxes and benefit deductions and incentive payments for the UK employee population, while liaising with payroll agents, HR and Payroll colleagues in other Client locations.

Analyze current process, create SOP documentation, and provide recommendations on automation and compliance.

Working with employee data from Human Resources' Workday HR management system and Client's payroll platform and timekeeping system, process changes accurately and completely for the payroll.

Execute monthly payroll reporting, preparation of journal entries and month-end reconciliations to record payroll and related expenses to the General Ledger in the SAP system.

Additional tasks as mutually agreed upon between Client and Consultant.

Required Qualification(s) :

Expertise in hands-on payroll processing for UK

Preferred Qualification(s) :

Experience with ADP products, ADP Freedom preferred

Experience with Workday preferred

Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date of with an initial duration of 3-6 months,

with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort : Full-time (40 hours per week)

Working Hours : UK time zone
