Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance. - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. - Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules. - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Experience: - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. - Experience working with schematics and logic controllers is a plus. - Proficiency in welding and fabrication is highly desirable. - Ability to supervise others and work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
