Job Overview: We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through outbound calling efforts. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and promote products or services - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry - Analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies Requirements: - Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to analyze customer behavior and tailor engagement strategies accordingly - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records Join our team as an Engagement Specialist to make a positive impact on customer engagement and drive sales through effective communication and service delivery.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
