1. Holder of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and PSV/Nursys verification
2. Able to work the operating room (OR).
3. Required to work Monday to Friday from 6:45am to 5:15pm.
4. Work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week.
5. Every other weekend is a working weekend.
