**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in culinary arts, restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery - Manage and lead a team of floor staff, including training and scheduling - Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of food handling protocols and safety standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in shift management and inventory control - Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Familiarity with hotel or food service management is a plus - Proven track record in assistant manager roles Join our team as a Floor Manager and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
