Counselor

Our holistic approach seeks to bridge the gaps in services for people seeking medical and therapeutic professional support. We are looking for experienced full-time Counselors with a passion for helping people at our Partial Hospital Program for Adolescents facility in Hingham, MA.
New England Medical Group is committed to providing a happy and healthy work environment for its’ employees. We provide a Therapeutic Support Framework with layers of support for all our Day Treatment programs.
Position Overview: Oversee patient care and services for identified case load, including group and individual services, family engagement, coordination of treatment, referral and collateral contacts, treatment planning, case management and conducting clinical measurements/assessments to ensure the patient enjoys a cohesive treatment experience where all are working together toward the same goal. Services and caseload may vary based on particular need and job level.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in social work or related field with at least 1 year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting; licensed as LCSW, LICSW or LMHC preferred but not required
