SHIFT : 7 days per week.
COMPENSATION : $2100.00 per week. That is $109,000. Per year.

At Traditions Home Health Service we communicate with our caregivers daily and are available 24 / 7 to support both our clients and our caregivers.
Traditions pay structure is weekly and by direct deposit.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LIVE-IN POSITIONS :
As a Live-in CNA, your day is typically 7am - 10pm (clock-in / clock-out times may vary depending on client's daily routine).
Our clients require a VERY experienced CNA. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
You must be comfortable caring for client's animals too!
As a primary caregiver, you will be managing your client's daily routine.
This will include preparing multiple meals each day, providing ADLs, driving the client to their appointments, being a companion and sometimes running errands.
Many clients have an exercise regiment, as the Live-in caregiver, you must assist with this too.
Additional responsibilities will also include housekeeping, laundry and other in-home needs. If the client gets up during the night, perhaps to use the bathroom, you must be willing to assist as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ
If you are hired and assigned to a live-in case, you MUST BE an EXCEPTIONAL Certified Nursing Assistant!
We take the time, as we do with our clients, to get to know you through our hiring process.
We facilitate interviews with families, and sometimes the client themselves. We want you and our client fully informed and comfortable before committing to any Live-in assignments.
Our live-in caregivers are carefully selected and matched to the client based on their experience, personality, credentials, and availability.
Most of our live-in cases are long-term and have no end date. This role requires a commitment by the caregiver to live-in with the client for a minimum of 1 year. (365 days)
This is beneficial for both the client and the caregiver to establish trust and create a consistent daily routine.
We do encourage vacation time to all our Live-in CNA's every 6 months.
