Job Summary
Our Reward Analyst helps design compensation programs for OPEN Health. They work with our People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to develop solutions and implement programs following the company’s business strategy and compensation philosophy. They play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees in multiple disciplines within OPEN Health. They also own new and established broker relationships and aid in the transition to global provider along with driving the benefits renewal process.
