Liberty Regional Medical Center is Hiring a RRT (PRN) Near Hinesville, GA

Job SummaryThis position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) whose responsibility is to provide direct patient care related to respiratory therapies, oxygen needs, EKG’s, stress tests and appropriate rehabilitation services, in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state, and local regulations, organizational and departmental policies and procedures and professional standards. Provides safe and efficient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations. The position reports to the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services.
Job QualificationsMinimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of two (2) years of college with .A.S. in Respiratory Therapy, BS in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
Formal Training : Advanced pulmonary assessment skills required preferred.
Licensure, Certifications & Registration : Current Registered Respiratory Therapy License in State of Georgia. BLS required. ACLS, PALS, NRP required within 90 days of employment.
Work Experience : Preferably one (1) year experience in respiratory therapy with six (6) months critical care experience. Basic computer skills necessary.
