As a Behavior Technician at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, we'll work with you to ensure a balanced work-life schedule.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?At The Treetop, we offer competitive compensation, starting at $25 - $29 per hour, based on experience with a sign-on bonus of $400 after 100 billable hours.Incremental raises every three months, six months, and annually, reaching up to $33 per hour. Additionally, there are opportunities for additional bonuses once the salary cap is met.
All That You Need Is
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- A love and passion for working with children
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
- Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
