As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for scanning, sorting, pulling and preparing orders for shipment and managing data entry for completing each order. Additionally, you will help ensure packages are sorted properly and prepared for shipment to customers.

You are also responsible for helping to keep the warehouse space neat and orderly. This may involve moving inventory and helping the team with organization. It may also involve more routine cleaning and maintenance duties, as determined by the needs of the day and assigned by your supervisor or team leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment, delivering the proper paperwork, packaging, and quantity for each order to the required destination in shipping and receiving.
• Scanning and sorting orders for shipment.
• Assist in the sortation of packages ensuring they are sent to the right destination/geographical location.
• Perform data entry and quality assurance steps that confirm packages are going to the right vehicle.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock materials and packages, either independently or as part of a team depending on order size and daily staffing needs.
• Assist with deliveries and unloading as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools.
• Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facility to ensure order operations run efficiently for the duration of the warehouse associate’s shift.
• Must keep the warehouse and break rooms clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Dependable daily attendance and work output
• Strong organizational work and detail-oriented outlook toward tasks
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Excellent memorization skills
• Must undergo a background check going back 7 years
• Must take a drug test
• Must be able to lift at least 50-70 pounds in excess
• FULL availability is required.
• Flexibility to be available all 7 days of the week and on a schedule and be adaptable to potential changes as they come.

Preferred:

• Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and computer-based inventory systems.

Working Hours:

** Start time - 4:00pm until work is complete.
