BECOMING OUR AUTO SHOP MANAGER:

In this role, we're looking for someone who truly cares about the business and its customers. Your outgoing personality will play a crucial role in our commitment to exceptional customer service. You should be articulate and explain complex technical matters in layman's terms, making sure our customers fully understand the services they receive. Being able to effectively use a computer is an essential skill that contributes to the overall efficiency of our operation. As the leader of a skilled team of mechanics, your dedication to these qualities will not only ensure smooth vehicle intake and release but also help foster lasting customer relationships and satisfaction.

As our Auto Shop Manager, you'll enjoy a full-time position with a 5-day workweek. Our shop is abuzz with activity from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays (required). You'll have the convenience of one day off during the week, in addition to Sundays.

All that you need to excel in this role is the following:

• Must have at least 2 years of automotive industry experience
• Strong understanding of the auto industry
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to handle technician discipline

Previous leadership experience is preferred.
