7-5 Monday - Friday and working every other Saturday
Salary:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our injection plastic molding company in Shady Hill, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and finished products.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels and address discrepancies promptly.
Team Management:
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to prevent accidents and injuries.
Logistics and Coordination:
Coordinate with production, quality control, and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate transportation contracts as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or injection plastic molding environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
