Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness of floors by buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist with floor care duties including stripping and waxing - Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed - Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness - Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks Skills: - Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
