As a Store Director, you will have a seat at the table with a family-run company that listens and values your input. Store locations are each uniquely different, requiring an innovative approach to the competitive grocery business.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Store Director will lead a team of Store Associates through a staff of Assistant Managers and Leads.
Will report directly to District Manager.
Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
2-5 years experience in Supermarket Operations.
Strong Background in managing Perishable Depts.
