Latitude Legal is Hiring a Healthcare Attorney (HIPAA, Data Regs) Near Highland, IL

Do you want to supplement your work schedule with a part time engagement? Latitude's law firm client is seeking a healthcare/HIPAA specialist attorney who also has experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, including commercial, vendor, licensing, and procurement agreements.
Requirements for the Healthcare Attorney:
  • 5 years of commercial contracting experience
  • Healthcare/HIPAA expertise
  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Position Details of the Healthcare Attorney
  • Type of role: Engagement
  • Schedule: Part time
  • Location: Remote
CompensationThe annualized compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
