Position Description: We are looking for an organized and proactive full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and office management support for West Virginia Residential Treatment Services. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist with daily finance and human resources duties.
Required: HS Diploma/GED; 3 years' experience performing administrative, Human Resources, or Finance tasks
Required License/Certifications: CPR/First Aid & AED; Driver's License
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30 am - 03:30 pm (40 hours per week)

Reports to: Senior Director, Residential Treatment Programs
Position Designation: This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. You may be subject to drug testing prior to or during your employment with SOME. In this position, you may be disqualified from employment based on the presence of marijuana in test results, even if you possess a medical card authorizing the use of medical marijuana.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day. May be required to sit for long periods.
