Job Summary:

The sales support role will assist the Hi-Grade sales department in processing quotes and purchase orders, preparing billing, answering phones, and making outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

Customer Service required to both walk-in customers and clients requesting pricing.

Heavy phones and paperwork processing.

Process and follow up on quotes.

Prepare billing by ensuring pricing and charges are accurate.

Research and resolve invoice disputes and other billing inquiries from customers.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain and update customer records and contacts.

Perform special projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience with customer service (2 years required)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent math ability

Good organizational skills

Ability to follow company policies and work cooperatively with others.

Ability to build and maintain good working relationships.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Plan and organize work efficiently to meet schedules and changing deadlines.

Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Education

High School Diploma / GED required.

Physical Requirements

Job requires the following motions: sitting, standing, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
