As a Behavioral Technician, you will:
- Work alongside a team of behavioral health professionals providing therapeutic services for children and adolescents in our structured school setting
- Provide "hands-on" support for clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADL), implement the behavior plans & programs, and maintain professional relationships with the client's family and community partners
- Required - High School Diploma
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or other Human Services related field
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health disorders (therapeutic support staff, paraprofessionals, personal care assistants (PCA), special education teacher's aides, etc.
- Competitive pay: $37,280/year
- FT Daytime Schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
