- Registered Computerized Tomography Technician, or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Certificate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
