As an Associate Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting all employee and relation issues at the plant. You will serve as backup to the Human Resources Manager.
- Manage employee and labor relations activities in the factory.
- Be proactive in identifying and recommending initiatives that will continuously improve the plant working environment.
- Act as the liaison and main contact for contingent labor vendors.
- Learn and support timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the area of performance management and employee engagement, and serve as a resource to associates and supervisors.
- Coordinate the salary recruiting, orientation and post-employment evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and Nestle standards.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- 1 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
