Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of GCA Labs, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless collection of cannabis samples for testing. Your primary duties will involve road travel to client locations, adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliant with state regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites across Missouri to pick up cannabis samples for testing.
• Ensure all sample collections and deliveries are conducted in compliance with GCA Labs' SOPs and state regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of sample pickups and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Represent GCA Labs professionally at all times, promoting our commitment to quality and excellence.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate processing of samples.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow strict SOPs and state regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in a client relations or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment is a plus.
