Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various facilities and properties. If you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working with your hands, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and repairing drywall.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
