Don’t just do a job. Be part of an extraordinary life! Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds up keep and some technical functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper :

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices.
• Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents.
• On - Call every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1 - 3 years experience in commercial / apartment building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB Skin Test and Background check .
• Be willing to be On-Call every other weekend - compensation for this is given.
