Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create prototypes and testing products alongside a team of engineers and CEO.
• Conduct User Research to inform design decisions.
• Consult market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
• Review existing designs, supporting the enhancement and revision of current products.
• Partner with Marketing team, discovering customer needs and prioritizing the user experience and solving their problems.
• Ensure products adhere to safety standards and testing requirements. Manage the critical path to maintain smooth development and production timelines.
• Monitor product development timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and timely launch.
• Provide clear direction and will be assisting in supervising team members, interview, hire and train team members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and stay organized is crucial for success in this role.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Product cut and sewing experience is a must.
