Las Vegas Foot and Ankle Centers is a well-established Podiatry office with two locations in the Henderson area. LVFAC is looking to add additional staff to our growing practice. The office is a fast-paced environment and would like someone with back office MA, but would be willing to train the right candidate if they have recently graduated from a MA program. Applicants must have outstanding customer service skills, be upbeat, positive, and a team player.
Back Office Responsibilities Include:
· Rooming patients
· Preparing & cleaning rooms
· Managing patient flow in treatment rooms, and assisting the Doctor when needed
· Returning messages from patients, referring doctors, and labs
· Casting for orthotics
· Setting up and preparing for minor surgical procedures
· Taking X-rays
· Documenting patient medical history
· Updating Medication lists
· Diabetic shoe ordering
· Order Lab work & pathology
· Obtaining prior- authorization
· Scanning reports to patient charts
