Read all bacterial cultures and perform gram stains.
Organize and store specimens.
Perform quality control, and maintenance on the instruments in the department.
Bacterial identification and susceptibility testing with the MALDI-MS and VITEK 2.
Operate and test samples on the Hologic Panther Fusion.
Operate the BacTAlert.
Operate and test samples on the BioFire.
Perform kit tests for CDIFF, Mono, Shiga-Toxin, H.pylori and others.
Other infectious and STD testing.
