Job Type: Temp-tp-Hire
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr - $43.00/hr

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Supervise the functionality of quality control systems.
- Identify and rectify inappropriate quality control methodologies.
- Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to Company and Industry Standards, including ISO standards.
- Recognize quality concerns, propose remedies, and generate comprehensive quality documentation.
- Utilize and assess testing and inspection protocols.
- Supervise quality audits, pinpoint deficiencies, and initiate corrective measures.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (Client) and their resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections during fabrication and assembly processes.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellen presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of ISO and standards to ensure adherence to best practices and quality management systems.
- Ability to report to multiple members in leadership.
- 5 years of working experience in manufacturing.
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Prior experience in the molding industry is preferred but not required.
