Shipping Assembly Warehouse - Full-Time

The Bug Company, a leader in its industry, is excited to announce an open position for a Shipping Assembly Warehouse Team Member.

This role is crucial for our operational success, ensuring that our products reach our customers promptly and efficiently.

We are looking for a dedicated individual ready to commit to our dynamic team in a fast-paced, non-remote, full-time capacity.

Located within our physical facilities, this role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks effectively and contribute positively to the team dynamics as a Shipping Assembly Warehouse Team Member.

Shipping Assembly Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Package products securely for delivery to prevent damage during transit.
• Accurately label packages to ensure they reach the correct destination.
• Report any discrepancies or issues in the shipment process to the supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize packing and shipment processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely.
• Effective communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with co-workers and management.
• Packaging / assembly experience is optional - we will provide on-the-job training.
• Ability to work a set schedule, weekends, or overtime as required by the shipping needs.

Shift

Sunday - Thursday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs
