Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Human Behavior, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Alternative combinations of related experience and education may be considered. Such as 7 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Knowledge of the principles of facilitation and training techniques.
- Knowledge of human behavior; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; and learning and motivation.
- Knowledge of adult education and professional development.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques for training results/effects.
- A resume detailing your qualifications and work history.
- A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing your qualifications for the position.
