Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify RV issues and maintenance needs.
• Prepare and present accurate service estimates and quotes.
• Schedule service appointments and provide timely updates on vehicle status.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and services.
• Maintain comprehensive records of services provided and vehicle history.
• Offer recommendations for additional services

Required Skills:

• Expertise in tire service, air brake systems, oil changes, shocks, struts, and other automotive repairs.
• Strong knowledge of auto estimating and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to clearly convey technical information to customers.
• Proven experience in service writing and sales within an automotive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
