Quality Technician - 2nd Shift
CS Group is excited to be adding to our fantastic Quality Team!
Are you looking for a challenging position with a fast-growing, culture-first company? CS Group is hiring a Night Shift Quality Technician to enhance our Quality Team! CS Group is the only beverage manufacturer that does business like we do, and we do it well.
This role's hours are 1 : 30 PM - 12 AM, Monday-Thursday.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform quality checks on products and raw materials
- Micro-testing of products to ensure microbiological safety and quality
- Assist in maintain quality control equipment and lab
- Work with the team to implement corrective actions based on testing results
- Follow standard operating procedures for Quality / Food Safety Department
- Batching small laboratory samples
- Conduct microbiological tests on concentrates and juices
Qualifications :
- Associate's or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with laboratory environment and testing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Conduct analytical and organoleptic tests on incoming raw materials for manufacturing
- Conduct analytical and organoleptic tests on incoming concentrates from our Co-Packers
- Analytical testing to include pH, Refractive Index / Brix, and acid titration
- Organoleptic testing to include taste, odor, and appearance
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience;
Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Preferred :
- Experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
