**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing parts inventory, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Negotiate with suppliers to procure parts at competitive prices

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

- Utilize order management systems to process and track parts orders

- Manage supply chain activities to ensure availability of parts

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records

- Handle shipping and receiving of parts efficiently

- Collaborate with suppliers for effective management of parts inventory

- Knowledge of auto body repair processes and OEM parts

**Skills:**

- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers

- Excellent customer service abilities to address customer needs effectively

- Proficiency in using order management systems for tracking orders

- Understanding of supply chain operations in a parts environment

- Accurate data entry skills to maintain inventory records

- Experience in shipping and receiving processes for parts handling

- Supplier management skills to maintain good relationships with vendors

- Knowledge of truck repair processes and OEM parts procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Parts Department: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
