Your role as an HR Coordinator is crucial to the success of our organization. HR Coordinators will provide the introduction to all drivers that are hired into Tower EV. They play a key role in communicating the company culture and policies while ensuring the onboarding documentation and training is managed effectively. HR Coordinators will bridge the gap between the recruitment team and the operations team to ensure driver experience is streamlined as they enter the company. Reports to: EV Operations Managers & EV Supervisors
Pay Rate: $20hr
Overtime: $30hr

HR Coordinators are required to have flexible schedule availability to ensure hiring needs are met. Schedules may be adjusted anytime to meet the needs of the operations but the management will work with you to find a balanced and predictable schedule when possible.
