Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Duties:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs

- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skills:

- Previous experience working in a medical center setting serving the geriatric community.

- Biligual: English & Spanish a MUST

- Foreign Physician a plus.

Requirements:

- Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license

- DEA License

- Current CPR certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
