- Oversight of construction activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication
- Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple large-scale projects
- Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding process
- Specializing in work from $25,000 – $250,000 for multi-site rollout acquisitions
- Review blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work
- Sourcing all appropriate contractors for specific projects
- Point of contact to the client, providing updates on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with GC’s
- Projects ranging up to and exceeding $5,000,000
- Update the internal and client software management system throughout all phases of the project
- Collaborating with Director of Construction and other team members
- 4-year degree or 3 years of experience in construction project management
- National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
- Bidding and staffing projects in the range of $25,000-$250,000
- Experience managing multiple general contracted projects nation-wide
- Strong customer service and management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Technologically inclined and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized & detail oriented
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
- Must be creative and think outside of the box
