Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, file management, and possess strong computer literacy skills.

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and organize files and documents
- Assist with general clerical duties
- Support operations with various administrative tasks
- Handle front desk responsibilities as needed
- Conduct real estate administrative tasks such as order entry
- Transcribe information accurately

Skills:

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry processes
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience in medical office or related field
- Ability to manage files and documents effectively
- Clerical skills for administrative tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks
- Experience in order entry processes
