Exciting opportunity for a Material Handler in Hatfield, PA!!
Kelly is hiring a Part-Time to Full-Time Material Handler to work at a premier client in Hatfield, PA : guaranteed at least 21 hours per week and up to 40 some weeks. Here are the details :
1st Shift : 7 : 30am to 4pm, Monday-Friday
Guaranteed 21 hours per week, up to 40 hours some weeks Pay : $18-$19 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be :
- Comparing identifying information of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, or other records.
- Unpacking and examining incoming deliveries, notifying the Supervisor of any damaged items, shortages, discrepancies, or inconsistencies.
- Accurately using measuring instruments, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
- Assisting in the testing of materials.
- Operating machinery, including saws, accurately and safely.
- Delivering materials and other items received to the appropriate area within the departments.
- Preparing material for shipping by banding, shrink wrapping, packaging, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work environment.
- Understanding and complying with company policies and procedures.
- Following all safety rules and regulations and utilizing personal protective equipment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Are able to obtain a forklift operator certification.
- Have the ability to read and interpret documents.
- Can identify damaged or missing materials from orders.
- Have the ability to operate various types of Forklifts.
- Have the experience using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Have a minimum High School diploma or GED.
